Mudgee is a compact town in New South Wales and as it happens there are a large number of places to stay nearby. My friend recommends this Mudgee Guesthouse if you want a friendly, not to say, incredibly hospitable welcome as well as high class comfortable accommodation at a reasonable price. Accommodation in Mudgee is usually of a respectable standard as it happens.

Why on earth do people go to Mudgee in the first place was something I wanted to know (I mean have you heard of it?) and it turns out that it’s quite a decent sized town in fact and was first settled in the 1820s by some people from the UK. What my friend was looking for was a place to stay that was near the town yet peaceful. There are quite a few Mudgee Getaways in fact (Getaways is a local term for places to stay) and they are becoming very popular.

Other local centres include Gulgong, Kandos, Rylstone, Hargraves, Hill End. Lue, Windeyer and Wollar and they offer different sorts of accommodation.

One thing to bear in mind that applies to things Australian is that the word “local” seems to have a different meaning down under.  So your neighbour may in fact be several kilometres away and I have an idea that driving from Mudgee to Kandos could take a while. According to Google Maps the journey is around 70km.

So if you need Mudgee accommodation you want to make sure you have found somewhere good to stay or you could find yourself travelling another hour or two!

One of the oldest materials for clothes is wool. Dyslexia is known to be a neurological condition that affects the brain’s ability to interpret signals received from the eyes. A primary dyslexia symptom is the problems in reading that it causes.

Approximately Some 10% of the entire population has some form and degree of dyslexia.

Elementary School students are now routinely screened for dyslexia symptoms. However, most of what we have learned about dyslexia has come in the last 15-25 years. That means that almost all who graduated from elementary school more than about 15 years ago have never been screened or tested.

As a result, there are millions of adult dyslexics out there. 95% of these do not know that dyslexia is the root cause of their problems with reading and manipulating the symbols used for words and numbers. Before we began to understand dyslexia, our educational systems made life very difficult for dyslexic students. They were unjustly stigmatized as being “slow learners” or “underachievers”. Dyslexics are not stupid, nor are they mentally deficient. They just see things differently and learn things differently from non-dyslexics.

Most were embarrassed their problems and tried to hide them. One of the easiest ways to bring down your SAT writing score is to write the WRONG kind of paragraph. Here’s an example from the topic “Does one need
discipline in order to be successful?

Helen Keller is a great example for self-discipline. Although she had a lot of help from her teacher Annie Sullivan, Helen overcame her disability to hear and see and became to be a bright and inspiring woman. It was not easy for Helen to learn, but discipline form Annie was just enough to do the trick.

What’s wrong with this paragraph?

1. It does not restate the thesis in the first sentence. Saying “Helen Keller is a great example of self-discipline” does not speak to the topic which asks “Does one need self-discipline in order to succeed?”

2. Although this paragraph gives good background information, it does NOT give us the logic that proves whether or not we need discipline to succeed.

3. Finally this paragraph does not restate it’s main point at the end. As a result, this essay which had several paragraphs like this scored a 3 out of 12. The lowest score you can get for an on-topic essay is 2. Don’t let this happen to you.
