Since it’s been out a few years you’ve sure heard of the Nintendo Wii. Despite its lack of availability during the holiday seasons it is a top-selling gaming console. It’s especially popular for young kids and older adults as it offers a way to get increased physical activity in addition to entertainment.

How, exactly, do you burn calories playing this console? Imagine actually bowling and the body movements required – the game makes you do the very same movements in order to play. There are a plethora of games like Olympics, Bowling and boxing that make you move the controller. It’s much more than just tapping some buttons on a controller. Seriously, you must perform the actions just like you would in real-life. They already have a bunch of games available and more are on the way. They also have a unique option called the FIT that lets you monitor your health
(rudimentary).

Everybody seems to be on the lookout for a cheap ninteno wii. As stated above they are sometimes hard to find at any price. You could go to Best Buy and see if they have any in stock or, take my suggestion and check out a unique bid auction site. There are a couple out there but I personally like www.auctions4acause.com because they donate a portion of their proceeds to charity.

You think it’s impossible to get one of these consoles for less than $10 dollars? With just one bid of $9.94 you could score a cheap ninteno wii. That means that you could win that item for literally pennies on the dollar. Heck, even if you bid 5 times you could win it for less than $50.

It’s a good system overall. My only gripe is that it does not support HD. The graphics are stil good but in the long run they just don’t compare to the PS3 or XBox 360 which both support HD.
